OFFICIAL RULES

1. Introduction:

No purchase necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not improve your chances of winning. Void where prohibited by law. By entering the Case-Mate "Go Viral" Contest (the "Contest"), entrants accept and agree to be bound by these Official Rules. Any violation of these rules may result in disqualification. All federal, state, local, and municipal laws and regulations apply. The sponsor of this Contest is Case-Mate Inc. (the "Sponsor").

2. Eligibility:

The Contest is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor and its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising and promotional agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible. Participation constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor's decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Contest. The contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, approved, administered by, or associated with any social media platforms.

3. Timing:

The Contest begins on April 09, 2024, at 12:00 PM Eastern Time (ET) and ends on April 30, 2024, at 11:59 PM ET (the "Contest Period"). Entries submitted before or after the Contest Period will be disqualified.

4. How to Enter:

To enter, create a TikTok video featuring Case-Mate accessories, and post it on a public TikTok account. Entries must be received by April 30, 2024, at 12:00 PM ET to be eligible. You may enter multiple times. Entrants must use their own email address and be the authorized account holder of that email address. The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, or misdirected registrations, which will be disqualified.

5. Winner Selection:

Winners will be selected based on the performance (number of views) of their video. The potential winner will be notified via direct message on TikTok by @case.mate on May 01, 2024. If a potential winner cannot be contacted within 24 hours or fails to sign and return the Declaration of Compliance, Liability and Publicity Release within the required time period, an alternate entrant will be selected in his/her place.

6. Prizes:

The winner will receive one (1) of each Case-Mate brand accessory and phone case compatible with the winner’s phone model and subject to stock availability. Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize for one of equal or greater value if the designated prize should become unavailable for any reason.

7. Release:

By receipt of any prize, winner agrees to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, advertising/promotion agencies, and prize suppliers, and each of their respective parent companies and each such company’s officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, the "Released Parties") from and against any claim or cause of action, including, but not limited to, personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property, arising out of participation in the Contest or receipt or use or misuse of any prize.

8. General Conditions:

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Contest, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Contest, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contest or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.

9. Use of Entries in Advertising:

By participating in the Contest, each entrant grants the Sponsor and its affiliates an irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide right and license to use, reproduce, display, perform, adapt, modify, distribute, have distributed, and promote the submission, in perpetuity, in any and all media including, but not limited to, social media platforms and digital advertisements. This includes the right to use any part of the entry and any personal information provided with the entry, such as the entrant’s name, likeness, voice, or biography, for promotional purposes and as part of the Sponsor’s advertising and marketing campaigns. Entrants agree that entries submitted can be used by the Sponsor without additional compensation to the entrant, unless specifically prohibited by law.

10. Disputes:

Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the Contest or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in the state of Georgia.
