    this is actually my third 3in1 foldable power station. The first one burned out when I set it on a cloth covered chair next to my bed (with no bedside table) at a hotel and it actually slightly burned the chair cover. The second one was not charging or not completely charging the phone. Instead of leaving it on the charger overnight I will now only charge it in the morning, then taking it off the charger when 100% charged. See what that does.

    The upright part of this charging station doesn’t charge my phone. I have to use the slat part to charge it. But then I can’t charge my AirPods at the same time. Not happy that half of this console is unusable, especially at this price point.

    It broke within a week and there is no human support service. The message implies it’s due to Covid. Seriously? It’s almost 2024. If you aren’t going to offer human support, provide items that don’t break so quickly.
