We’re so confident you’ll love your Case-Mate items that we offer a NO HASSLE return policy with NO restocking fees.
You can return item(s) purchased on Case-Mate.com for any reason within the first thirty (30) days from the date of shipment- no questions asked.
To fully process your return, please send the items back in their original packaging including: all packaging, parts, accessories, manuals, and documentation.
Can I do anything other than a return?
We‘ll gladly exchange your product for something else or give you a full refund (excluding customer paid shipping cost of the original order), whichever you prefer. Like we said, no hassle.
How do I return or exchange an item?
To return or exchange an item purchased at Case-Mate.com, contact our Customer Support team and request a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#).

RMA number? What?
The RMA number gives Case-Mate something to reference your return by and lets us know when to process your refund or what item to ship back to you.
Your RMA is valid for 30 days - please send the item back to us in a timely manner to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Do you charge a restocking fee?
NO! There are NO restocking fees!
How do I send my return back?
Customers pay for shipping back to Case-Mate HQ. You can choose whichever shipping option you feel comfortable using.
We highly recommend using a shipping method that offers package tracking. We can’t process a return or exchange if we have not received your items.
I sent my return/exchange back, now what?
Once we receive your return, your refund (less any customer paid shipping on the original order) will be processed within 2 -3 business days.
We will issue the refund back on the original payment method.
Depending on the payment method, it may take 5 to 7 business days for the bank to process the credit to your account.
I want to exchange my item, but I don’t want to wait on my item to ship back. What can I do?
Exchanges are typically processed 3-5 days after received. But, if you prefer not to wait for the item to be processed by Case-Mate (we understand completely!), please place a new order for the replacement item and we can process the original order being returned as a refund. All thanks to your RMA Number!
Can I return/exchange an item I bought somewhere else?
No, please return the item to the original reseller for a refund or exchange. Since we don’t have proof of purchase we are unable to assist you in returning an item that was not purchased on our site. Next time you can buy from us!
